Florida Rural Water Association Receives Excellence in Member Services

Officials at the National Rural Water Association are pleased to announce that Florida Rural Water Association received the Excellence in Member Services Award at the NRWA’s Annual Leadership Conference held in Spokane, Washington October 6-9.

Member Services are comprised of all the tangible and intangible services that associations provide their members. This award is presented to the State Association that excelled in supporting its members with the tools needed to be better water utility systems for their customers.

Florida Rural Water Association was selected as this year’s winner from 47 other state associations because it has excelled in meeting the needs of membership, provided innovative programs and services, and provided the leadership to establish the association as the premier water and wastewater utility membership organization in their state.
