Rural Water Partnership Whitepapers

The Rural Water Partnership Fund was established to develop information, data and studies that provide a rural and small community "real world" perspective to the regulatory process. The fund is supported by NRWA State Rural Water Associations with contribution from the utility membership.

To support this fund, contact your State Rural Water Association. The following papers were commissioned by the Partnership Fund utilizing the best expertise available to address issues within the regulatory process. Additional papers will be added as they become final.
