Important Message from TRWA President Leahmon Bryant

In an effort to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina, the Texas Rural Water Association is accepting donations for the TRWA Disaster Relief Fund, which will support fellow Gulf Coast Rural Water Associations impacted by this natural disaster.

Time is of the essence. These associations need our assistance immediately, so please mail your check as soon as possible to: Texas Rural Water Association, c/o Disaster Relief Fund, 1616 Rio Grande Street, Austin, Texas 78701. Please note on your check Katrina Disaster Relief. TRWA will collect donations through September 23.

As the president of your state association, I feel it is appropriate that I should be the first to ante up for the fund. Therefore, the Caddo Basin SUD Board of Directors voted unanimously to make a $5,000 donation to the TRWA Disaster Relief Fund.
