Our Corporate Partners play a vital role in advancing the water and wastewater industry.   Your investment as a corporate partner furthers the initiatives of the association to make available annually over $2 million in loan and grant monies to our industry.   The majority of community water and wastewater systems in our nation (94%) serve less than 10,000 populations and Rural Water is THE ADVOCATE for these systems within the legislative process.

In 2009, NRWA was the key to acquiring $3.8 billion dollars for construction, upgrades and expansion within the stimulus funding through the Rural Utilities Service.

 In addition to the billions of dollars made available through rural water each year, your membership helps NRWA keep the programs that provide training and assistance to the nation’s utilities.  Trained operators and governing officials mean better operated utilities, better equipment, more supply purchases and greater expansion projects; resulting in more utilities purchases of products, equipment and services. 

We are proud to boast that NRWA, through its state affiliates and with your support, is the largest water and wastewater utility membership organization in the nation representing 26,696 utility members, the trainer of the industry training over 100,000 people annually and is the voice strongest and most respected voice in the Halls of Congress for rural and small systems.

NRWA is constantly working for you and our utility membership within the halls of Congress to insure that water and wastewater systems have access to funding for construction, upgrades, and expansion of service areas.  Because we use 100% of member dues for the legislative efforts of your association, your dues contribution is not tax-deductible.
