LOUSIVILLE, Ken. – Seven professionals from a variety of rural water programs lined the stage to receive Peer Leadership Awards at the National Rural Water Association’s annual Tribute to Excellence ceremony, held on October 7, during the H2O-XPO in Louisville, Ken.
              Recipients include Susan Breau-Kelly, Source Water, Maine Rural Water Association; Chris Lovelace, Training Specialist, Alabama Rural Water Association; Terry Ingham, circuit rider, Oklahoma Rural Water Association; Susan Poe, Wastewater, Arkansas Rural Water Association; Gary Rhoades, executive director, Evergreen Rural Water Association; Janice Gibbs, accounting, Texas Rural Water Association; Rene Koback, member services, Wisconsin Rural Water Association.
                Theses winners were selected by their peers from the 48 state associations affiliated with NRWA. These state affiliates support 26,696 water and wastewater utility members in all 50 United States and Puerto Rico.
