Senator Robert Bennett spoke at the Rural Water Association of Utah Northern Conference last week (August 27, 2008). During his address he announced his intention to assume New Mexico Senator Domenici’s position as Ranking Member on the Energy and Water Development Appropriations Subcommittee. This will require him to leave his position as Ranking  Member on the Agriculture Appropriations Subcommittee.
