Keynote speaker at the NRWA Conference Benjamin H. Grumbles, Assistant Administrator, Office of Water,  complimented the group on the work they do in providing a safe, quality water supply to rural America. Mr. Robert Johnson, CEO of NRWA presented Mr. Grumbles with an award to thank him for his dedication and support of NRWA and the State Associations in their goal of providing safe and quality water.
